Ball Valves

The flanged two-piece ball valve is a high-performance shut-off valve designed with a bolted two-piece body construction that ensures structural strength, easy maintenance, and long service life. The valve is manufactured in carbon steel as well as AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel, providing excellent mechanical durability and corrosion resistance for various industrial applications. It features a solid (full) ball made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, ensuring reliable sealing performance, high strength, and suitability for demanding operating conditions.
Designed primarily for on-off service, the valve delivers bubble-tight shut-off and low torque operation, while also being suitable for moderate flow control applications. The anti-blowout stem design enhances operational safety, and optional fire-safe and anti-static features can be provided upon request. The valve is connected to pipelines via flanged ends in accordance with international standards and can be operated manually by lever or gear operator, or automated with electric or pneumatic actuators.
