Globel Valves

The metal bellows sealed cast steel globe valve is a shut-off and control valve designed with a bolted body and bonnet structure. Instead of conventional packing, a metal bellows sealing system is used to provide a leak-free stem seal, effectively eliminating external leakage and significantly enhancing operational safety and service life.

The metal bellows assembly isolates the stem from the process medium, making the valve especially suitable for applications involving high temperature, high pressure, toxic, hazardous, or valuable fluids. An additional back-up packing is typically provided to ensure double sealing protection.

Depending on the installation orientation and flow direction, globe valves are available in straight-through (T-type) and Y-pattern designs. The valve features a short opening and closing stroke with precise disc movement, ensuring reliable shut-off performance. Since the seat opening varies proportionally with the disc stroke, the valve is highly suitable for flow regulation and throttling applications.

This metal bellows sealed globe valve is widely used for isolation, regulation, and throttling in pipelines handling water, steam, thermal oil, wastewater, chemical fluids, food and pharmaceutical media, power generation systems, metallurgy, textile processing, and energy-related applications.

The valve is typically connected to pipelines via flanged or welded connections.

Optional actuation options include handwheel, bevel gear, electric actuator, and pneumatic actuator.
